That's right. Our new Tai Chi class at Oak Park (on the stage) will begin this Thursday, November 4, and will be offered seven days a week for $30/month (resident fee). Taught by Simu Toni DeMoulin, this traditional Yang style of Tai Chi is a gentle, relaxing, meditative exercise that can reduce stress, improve balance, and boost immune function and is appropriate for all ages. Classes are every day from 9-11am. Beginning and regular students should arrive at 9am for fundamentals and warm ups; beginning students my leave at 9:45 and intermediate instruction continues until 11.
